Calgary, AB: Warwick Structures Group Ltd. is excited and ready to show its new brand and showcase its products and services at the 2015 Global Petroleum Show in Calgary, Alberta from June 9-11, 2015. This will be the first significant show for Warwick since the amalgamation of Warwick Industries, Tarpon Energy Structures and Kent Steel on January 1, 2015.

“In September of this year we are also excited to be moving into new 212,000 square foot (19,711 sq m) best-in-class manufacturing and corporate office facilities on 40 acres in southeast Calgary”, says Lou Doiron, Chief Operating Officer. “The depth and throughput capacity for manufacturing not only of self-frame and rigid-frame structures but fabricated components such as cladding, building components, skids, pipe racks and other steel supports will allow us to offer a broader scope to our customers than ever before.”

On November 7, 2014, all the employees of Tarpon Energy Services – Structures division, Warwick Industries and Kent Steel met for lunch at Stampede Park, Calgary to learn more about the amalgamation of these 3 companies. We were excited to also share the new name and new brand. On January 1, 2015 the amalgamation of the three companies will be known as WARWICK STRUCTURES GROUP LTD., a PTW Company. This amalgamation will create one of the largest rigid and self-frame structures companies in North America. Warwick Structures Group will be headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our core products will be rigid frame modular, self-framing and blast resistant buildings along with production and inventory of building components . Supporting these products will be our core services of modular construction yard space along with our people services including field installation crews, project management, drafting, estimating, design and engineering teams. Currently operating from 4 locations in Calgary, construction is underway to house all the employees and manufacturing operations in a 212,000 sq. ft. (19,711 sq m), 40 acre complex on Frontier Road in Rocky View County, bordering the east side of Calgary Canada at Stoney Trail and Peigan Trail. This new complex will contain the administration headquarters, a 20 acre modular construction yard, and stand-alone steel and sheet metal manufacturing plants supported by an industrial coatings facility. We are excited to grow our capacity, geographic footprint and technical expertise to support our Customers across North America.


Warwick Structures Group Chief Operating Officer, Lou Doiron dropped by Inn from the Cold over the holidays to drop off a donation of $2,500 from the employees of the company. Inn from the Cold’s mission is to provide emergency shelter, support and programs to homeless children, their families and others in need, with the goal of building healthy, stable families and ending homelessness.
